Booking Policies

Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.

No-Shows: No-shows forfeit the session and payment.

Studio Etiquette

Arrive on time to ensure a full session and respect other clients’ schedules.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting attire for safe movement and alignment.

Silence phones and devices during sessions to maintain focus.

Clean equipment after use with provided sanitizing supplies.

Notify your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before starting.
